appreciate the thought, but the whole experience is great for everyone
-- including staff members. You can hear people laughing, and for a
while, everything seems so much better. Please be aware that every
hospital has specific rules for deliveries including not allowing latex
balloons and costumes. Please call the hospital before ordering to
check on their rules and regulations.

When ordering a Singing Telegram please make sure that you have good directions to the recipient and a contact number for them. We always do our best to find the recipient but sometimes bad directions make it difficult, especially when you're dressed like a chicken! We are not responsible for deliveries that are refused. Also be aware that if the person is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery we will do whatever we can to find out where they are and deliver your surprise. If we are unable to do so there is an additional charge for redelivery at another time. Charges may include additional distance charges and reinflation of balloons.
