Now that you've chosen your package, highlight the order form questions below with your mouse then click on our e-mail address right here... contact@brooksentertainment.com. Then simply paste the questions into the body of the e-mail. If you are ordering a Personalized Song Package be sure to fill out the questionnaire on the Personalized Song Packages page and e-mail it to us along with your order.

After receiving your e-mail, we will then check out the date and time you requested and call you for payment information. We accept Visa and MasterCard,  as well as CODs with a check, money order or cash.

Very Important!

  • Packages will be delivered within a 30-minute time span. There is a $10 charge for an exact time (unfortunately, road construction and related traffic problems prohibit us from offering specific delivery times during rush hour).
  • If the recipient is not at the address you provided, we will wait no more than 10 minutes then, if the package does not include a song or a costumed messenger, we will leave the delivery there.
  • If we must return on the same day, there is a $5 charge plus any applicable distance fees.
  • If we must deliver your package on another day, there is an additional $25 charge for reinflation of balloons and delivery
